Refund & Returns Policy
At Obee’s Brand, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
